This notice explains what personal information Elemental Tech Consulting collects through the enquiry form on this website, why we collect it, and your rights in relation to it.
Information we collect
When you submit the enquiry form on our Contact page, we collect the information you enter: your name, company, email address, phone number, the service you are interested in, your industry, and your message.
Why we collect it and how we use it
We use the information you provide to respond to your enquiry and discuss your requirements. We do not use it for any other purpose, and we do not send marketing communication on the basis of your enquiry.
Who receives it
Enquiries are received by Elemental Tech Consulting, a technology consultancy based in Auckland, New Zealand. Submissions are delivered by email to our team and, where connected, a copy may be saved to our business file storage for follow-up.
Service providers and overseas processing
This website is built and hosted on the Base44 platform, which processes form submissions and delivers them to us by email. The Base44 platform may store and process submissions outside New Zealand.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry submissions for 12 months after we receive them. After that, we delete them.
Your rights
Under the New Zealand Privacy Act 2020, you have the right to access the personal information we hold about you and to ask us to correct it if it is wrong. You also have the right to ask us to delete it in certain circumstances.
